Product Return Policy

At, we have product return policy with terms and conditions to be fulfilled. Product return policies are valid only for 14 days after you receive your product at any condition stated below.


Conditions of Return

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have received, checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will receive their refund within 14 working days. The item is your responsibility until it is returned us.

Important note: We are unable to refund open food packages of any kind.

Exemption and Manufacturers warranties

Some manufacturers are providing a 100% money back guarantee for their brands. We will honour it and provide you the refund respectively. Some common examples of manufacturer’s warranties:

  1. Maggots, mould and fungus found in pet food immediately after opening. Maggots appear after consuming 10% of the pet food original volume will not eligible for refund. Therefore, it is highly advisable that you should store your pet food in correct method.

Shipping and Courier Charges

Customers who wish to return to us are responsible for their own shipping charges back to our office location. Proof of postage such as tracking number and our address indicated on the returned parcel slip must be provided.
